FAQs
Before you use our logic board repair service, please take some time to read the following FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions):
What is logic board repair?
Logic board repair is a hardware fix by our team of iPhone technicians. It involves fixing or replacing micro components which are not typically attempted or done by any iPhone repair shops.
Logic board repair is considered as “High Risk”.
What is “High Risk” repair?
This means that you assume all risks for the device as this repair process can further damage the device, fix the device, or have no effect at all. We provide no guarantee that the device will work in any way up return, however, we have very good track records of fixing logic boards. We use professional quality parts, materials and environments.
How long does the repair take?
Typically repairs can be done in 7-10 business days under normal circumstances. However, if the damage is extensive or if the logic board has other issues beside the one initially described, the repair may take even longer.
If we are not able to fix it within 21 business days your logic board will be returned to you at no cost except for shipping.
Do you offer any warranty?
All repairs come with 90 days warranty from invoice payment date. However, it does not cover accidental damage, mishandling or mistake when reassembling your iPhone.
Can I ship the whole phone to you?
Unfortunately we are not able to accept fully assembled iPhones due to potential high customs tax. It is also risky to ship the whole phone.
But I’m not able to disassemble the iPhone myself…
If you’re not comfortable with removing the logic board, kindly contact your nearest mobile phone repair center. Alternatively, www.ifixit.com has complete and detailed step-by-step tutorials.
What’s the best way to ship my logic board?
We highly recommend that you use first class shipping or registered mail only. If you are not able to use any of these shipping methods, we regret to say that we are not able to accept your shipment.

The sample USPS form above shows the tracking number on the top left corner. All registered inbound or outbound mails can be tracked on this website. Your country’s postal office website should also provide similar type of service.
