iPhonehacker ih8sn0w has just released the latest version of Sn0wbreeze 2.2. This tool works like PwnageTool to create custom iOS 4.2.1 firmware files on Windows. It is built with the kernel based GreenPois0n exploit for untethered jailbreak on iOS 4.2.1.
