Customer Review of BeijingiPhoneRepair.com
Posted by Richard Kerr on Monday Aug 30, 2010 Under NewsWe recently fixed Chris’ water damaged iPhone. During the free standard initial diagnostic we found out the logic board was heavily oxidized by rain water which made his iPhone lifeless. After servicing the logic board, we were able to turn it on again. However, we later discovered that the LCD backlight was broken due to liquid.

iPhone and water don't mix
That made it difficult to view anything on the screen. Chris agreed for us to proceed with the LCD replacement. His iPhone is now working again and the following is his feedback about our service. Thank you Chris for this positive feedback!
When my iPhone 3G stopped working after getting caught in heavy rain last week, I took it to the Sanlitun Apple Store to it checked. It took three days just to get an appointment at the “Genius Bar.” When I finally was able to speak to a “Genius”they refused to even look at my phone because they claimed the Chinese iPhone is completely different from imported iPhones. Apple Store’s advice: go back to your country and have it fixed or buy a new phone.
On the same day I was lucky to come across BeijingiPhoneRepair online. They offered free pick up and a free diagnostic test. Hours later, they diagnosed the problem and emailed me a detailed report identifying the problem and a clear repair solution with quotation. They made every effort to save and clean damaged parts where possible, without charging for new parts. Their prices were extremely reasonable, and they even gave me a first-time customer discount, in addition to a 18-month warranty on the replaced parts. They even cleaned/replaced the small screws of my phone’s casing without being asked! My phone was repaired and delivered to me the following evening.
Their professionalism, attention to detail, honesty and friendly service are second to none that I have experienced in both the West and in Asia. I highly recommend them to anyone with an iPhone issue. – Mr. Chris H, an expat in Beijing
